How to Get Free Website Hosting

Sounds new and good news! Is there any possibility so? Yes, it is possible. But don’t expect great tools and mouth watering features with web hosting. There are a few ways let’s explore how do we get free web hosting. This is good for your personal website or a trial business website, but not a huge website which needs lots of software and applications.
There is one way to get free website hosting is through your ISP. ISP is the Internet Service Provider through which you are connecting internet. There are few ISPs providing free web hosting to its subscribers. So you need to contact them and check with them.

There is another way to get free web hosting option. At the same time, you should compensate their support for their free service, by keep posting the ads provided by them. The free website hosting provided by some free hosting decides the size of your free website and also the location of your free website. Once your website gains sufficient traffic levels, you can start posting your own ads. That will keep increasing your own revenue from a free website through your ads rather generating revenue to your free hosting provider. The ads may not be small ads, leaving good place for your content on your website. They will be giant ads and sometimes you will be surprised to know that new ads would be posted without your notice.

There is a third way of getting a free web hosting website without being charged for. Your computer itself works as home server. So, you can use the same home computer to host your website. And to avail this, the home computer must be up and running for round the clock 24/7.

These are the best possible ways of getting the free web hosting services and enjoy its benefits. However, please be informed that these cannot be replacement to the web hosting services that you pay and get. There would be lots of limitations with the free web hosting. This is absolutely apt with the choice of going with free hosting for your personal website to increase your online visibility.

There are limitations of using free web hosting and you need to be aware of them. When you avail free hosting from your ISP, they may provide few web pages for your website without charging anything. However you cannot enjoy the benefits of placing videos, music files or high volume multimedia and any similar large files on your website. In this hosting you may not have your independent from your company name that is offering the free web hosting.

For example the URL of your website will precede or follow the company name along with your website name. The address bar may look like http://www.companyname.com/yourname/yourpage.html by preceding the company name or may look like http://www.yoursitename.comapnyname.com/yourpage.html in which the company name follows your name. For providing free web hosting, they are publicizing and advertising their company by increasing the visibility. It may not look professional for business websites, but no danger using it for personal website.

You will always have limitations for your website like less bandwidth, less storage space, no important software tools and applications and no guaranteed uptime and so on.

The Photokina (rendered in the promoters’ branding as photokina) is the world’s largest trade fair for the photographic and imaging industries. The first Photokina was held in Cologne, Germany, in 1950, and it is now held biennially in September at the koelnmesse Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre. Many photographic and imaging companies introduce and showcase state of the art imaging products at Photokina. The show has two main competitors, both annual shows held in different parts of the world. The CP+ show in Yokohama, Japan, originally the Japan Camera Show, has been held since the early 1960s. In the U.S., the main photography show is PMA@CES, which since 2012 has coincided with the International CES consumer electronics show in Las Vegas.

Cologne (English pronunciation: /kəˈloʊn/, German: Köln [kœln] ( listen), Colognian: Kölle [ˈkœɫə] ( listen)) is Germany’s fourth-largest city (after Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich), and is the largest city both in the German Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia and within the Rhine-Ruhr Metropolitan Area, one of the major European metropolitan areas with more than ten million inhabitants.

Cologne is located on both sides of the Rhine River. The city’s famous Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) is the seat of the Catholic Archbishop of Cologne. The University of Cologne (Universität zu Köln) is one of Europe’s oldest and largest universities.[2]

Cologne was founded and established in the first century AD, as the Roman Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium in Ubii territory.[3] It was the capital of the Roman province of Germania Inferior and the headquarters of the military in the region until occupied by the Franks in 462. During the Middle Ages it flourished as one of the most important major trade routes between east and west in Europe. Cologne was one of the leading members of the Hanseatic League and one of the largest cities north of the Alps in medieval and renaissance times. Up until World War II the city had undergone several other occupations by the French and also the British. Cologne was one of the most heavily bombed cities in Germany during World War II. The bombing reduced the population by 95% and destroyed almost the entire city. With the intention of restoring as many historic buildings as possible, the rebuilding has resulted in a very mixed and unique cityscape.

Cologne is a major cultural centre for the Rhineland; it is home to more than thirty museums and hundreds of galleries. Exhibitions range from local ancient Roman archeological sites to contemporary graphics and sculpture. The Cologne Trade Fair hosts a number of trade shows such as Art Cologne, imm Cologne, Gamescom, and the Photokina.

Hotel Garza Library; Post Texas

My wife Beverly & I just completed a wonderful week long road trip. We saw lot’s of great sights, great family and a number of wonderful photo opportunities. Last night at the suggestion of my brother we found ourselves at the "Hotel Garza Bed & Breakfast" in the historic town of Post Texas. Unfortunately, we arrived late & too tired to enjoy time in this wonderful library space. We pretty much crawled into bed after a short visit by our host Ruth & Ian and of course their canine companion Buddy. This morning we headed home after a great home cooked breakfast.

Deadly Sins

A new collectible, slated to set the mark as an icon for the 22nd Century – collect all Seven Deadly Sins. Due out by December in an exclusive limited edition set.

Pure Products USA | Ligorano/Reese Collaboration in Art

Towards a Surreal Politik…

In 1992, we began Pure Products of America as a series of multiple editions focusing on the impact of marketing on politics. Over the past 17 years, the series has expanded and now includes 14 pieces running the gamut from snow globes to underwear (our underwear was the first to pack a political message), to happy meals.

Each object is signed and numbered in various sized editions. When we introduce Pure Products, we send some of them as gifts to government officials. Presidents Obama, Bush, and Clinton, members of the Supreme Court and various Senators and Congressional representatives have all received a pure product at one time or another.

Pure Products also function as discreet elements in installations. The installations The Bible Belt, Pillars of the Clean Order, and Steel Nipples incorporated them in sculptural settings with video and other media. In 2001, we expanded on this idea with the inauguration of an online retail website as part of the project.

Each piece is grounded within a framework that satirizes political values and, often, lampoons morality. Some pure products, like Line Up and Contract with America underwear, became media sensations, reported in the press, on television and radio. The commentary surrounding the artwork is a mixture of absurdity and culture jamming, amplifying how much the media interprets and misinterprets contemporary art and blurs the connections between art, activism and commerce.

Bio

NORA LIGORANO and MARSHALL REESE have collaborated together as Ligorano/Reese since the early 80’s. They use collaboration to blend diverse talents into a singular voice and vision. In the process of creating their work, their individual contributions cross and criss-cross between each other from brainstorming to realizing and making the art on location or in the studio.

They use unusual materials and industrial processes to make their limited edition multiples, videos, sculptures and installations, moving easily from dish towels, underwear, and snow globes, to electronic art and computer controlled interactive installations.

They take and manipulate images, audio and text from old media: print, television, radio and combine that with the new: internet and mobile telecommunications. Their pursuit is an ongoing investigation into the impact of technology on culture and the associations and meanings that the media brings to images, language and speech in politics.

They have an interest with using open forms to involve community interaction, like their drawing contests, Crater Bay Area for the 01 Festival in San Jose and Crater New York at Location1. Installations that combine sculpture with public participation in drawing, within the context of a contest that is also streamed on the internet and in Second Life. Their ice sculptures, “Main Street Meltdown” and “The State of Things” share that same sense of open possibility, fusing natural processes of erosion and decay as flexible durations and markers to determine the experience of the work.

Many of their sculptures and installations reinterpret and reexamine older forms of technology – using objects that signify truth, authority and manifest cultural historicity. Ligorano/Reese use mirrors, clocks, metronomes and medieval codex bindings and combine them with video screens. They have invented micro-projection systems to display films on the head of a pin or the counterweight of a metronome.

Since 2004, they’ve investigated portraiture as a construct of social representation. Line Up (2004-5), their series of portraits of Bush administration officials in mug shot, acknowledges that the mug shot is the preeminent form of portraiture now that more people are incarcerated in the U.S. than any other country in the world. In December, 2007, the exhibition of these photos at the New York Public Library caused a firestorm of controversy with heavy rotation on FoxNews, DrudgeReport’s homepage and many, many other publications.

In 2001, they launched www.pureproductsusa.com, the online retail website for their infamous political art series the Pure Products of America. Since 1992, Ligorano/Reese have made 11 multiples in signed editions of 3 to 100. They are best selling editions at Printed Matter, artbook@ps1 and the New Museum store and have prompted, at least on one occasion, the RNC to threaten them with copyright infringement.

Healthcare, an inaccessible luxurious

I come from a country the place very good healthcare seriously isn’t very affordable to the majority of the citizens. The prime cause of this can be the commercialisation of a straightforward requirement like healthcare. In the place in which even water is scarce, health care rates have touched the roof creating it challenging to accessibility for that needy. An individual basic alternative towards downside is to non-corporatize the sector. Less difficult stated than finished. With competition escalating even inside of a sector like this, hospitals jostle with one another to appeal to a great deal more clientele and make their home business prosper. Different Types of Website Hosting

Online Businesses rely heavily on the quality of their Website Hosting. The website host lets you put a business or personal website up on the internet and allows you to have a presence on the World Wide Web for others to view you. Websites can be used for many different things. You may need a website to help your business grow, or maybe you just want a website to keep connections with friends and family.

You can also make money on your website by using internet marketing. Website hosting is needed in order to connect your website to the internet and to make sure that your hosted website is available for users to view it. You will then be able to make money by promoting your company on your website.

There are several different types of website hosting that are available online. These different types of website hosting include file hosting, dedicated hosting, free hosting and paid hosting. Free hosting sounds good but it will never provide as many features as paid hosting does. For example, free hosting will not provide as much storage memory space as paid hosting does and some file formats may not be supported by free hosting. In addition, free hosting usually wont support PHP or Perl. Overall, paid hosting is a much better solution and offers many more features.

Basically, website hosting guides a companys website operation by providing computer servers for hosting their website files. When you host your website with a hosting provider, you will be provided with an internet connection and space on their servers for storing your website files. In some cases, you can actually own the servers that your website is hosted on while leaving the system maintenance and technical support to the website hosting company.

Keep in mind that there are differences in website hosting companies and what they provide. This fact is very important to know when considering which website hosting company you will be hosting your website with. You want to select a website hosting company that will be able to do all the things you need it to do. Some website hosting companies have superior features when it comes to how data is transferred and accessed from your website, web space, customer service, technical help, tools offered to help build your website and even the price you pay for website hosting.

Compare the various features in the packages of different website hosting companies when you are selecting a hosting firm. Some of the main things you should look for in a website hosting company are a hosting company that offers a sufficient quantity of space, have a reasonable price and assorted web design tools. Make sure to do your homework when reviewing and picking a website hosting company that fits you and your needs.

When looking for website hosting services it is often a good idea to assess the needs of your company. It is often a better idea to buy a plan geared towards small businesses than a costly package that your company will not use. Website hosting is important in being able to stay competitive in today’s market as it gives your company web representation.

Website hosting is a service that allows an individual or organization to have a site on the internet. Sites can earn money with advertising, but only if they are hosted. There are various hosting options, and all are not the same. Paid offers more options than free, for example, and hosting services offer different levels of data space, data transfer limits, and technical support. A key differentiation is cost. When choosing a hosting service for a small business, there is no need to pay for an expensive set of hosting services when a cheaper package will do the job.

MyHosting.com is one of the internet’s premier web hosting companies. They have affordable hosting packages for businesses and individuals, including packages that include WordPress hosting! Find the right package and set of features that fit your needs today!

Down to Sinaia | Carpathians, Romania
free website hosting
The day trip to Sinaia in the Carpathians in Romania was the first trip to the mountains for me in a very long time. Four days in Bucharest is a bit too long to just see the city. And who knows when I will be back in Romania, so it seemed convenient to visit Dracula’s Neighborhood while I’m around.

More precisely we went to the small town Sinaia. Our Couchsurfing-Host in Bucharest was born there and could give us a couple of handy tips. Among other things, we got recommended the cable car for the way up to 1400m height. From below all that didn’t look so high, but in the old and a bit rundown gondola I suffered a bit from vertigo and we decided to go back down to the valley by foot.

So we walked down under the howling of the wolves and next to “Beware of Bears” signs while crossing a couple of times the two cable cars that are connecting Sinaia to the ski resort.

• BT ArtBox project saw leading artists, designers and creatives transform full-size replicas of iconic Gilbert Scott–designed red telephone box into stunning artworks
• Throughout June and July 2012, BT ArtBoxes were on display in high-profile locations across the capital
• The National Portrait Gallery hosted a gala auction on July 18 where the ArtBoxes were auctioned to raise money for ChildLine

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of ChildLine, BT announced the launch of the BT ArtBox project – a new public art exhibition set to take over the capital Summer 2012.

Leading artists, designers and creatives from around the world were invited to apply their individual talents to re-style that much-loved icon of British design, the traditional red telephone box.

Each artist or designer took delivery of a full-size, fibre-glass replica of the Sir Giles Gilbert Scott-designed original K6 telephone kiosk, which was introduced in 1936 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of the coronation of King George V.

Participating artists included 2002 Turner prize winner Keith Tyson, Romero Britto and Royal Academician Professor of Sculpture David Mach, along with fashion designers Giles Deacon and Zandra Rhodes.

The BT ArtBoxes were on display in high-profile locations around the capital between June 18 and July 16 before being auctioned off at a VIP Gala Auction at the National Portrait Gallery on July 18 to raise funds for BT’s long-time partner ChildLine.

Esther Rantzen OBE, founder of ChildLine and patron of the BT ArtBox project, said: “I’m thrilled that ChildLine’s 25th birthday is to be celebrated by such a unique and inspiring project as BT Artbox.
“The red phone box is a much loved symbol of British culture and I’m keen to see how the artists involved will create new masterpieces from such an iconic canvas. It’s fantastic that the proceeds from the sale of the boxes will raise vital funds to support the work of ChildLine, enabling us to help many more children and young people to get comfort, advice and protection when they need it most.”

Sandy Nairne, director of the National Portrait Gallery and patron of the BT ArtBox project, said: “The Gilbert Scott telephone box is a truly iconic British design, and I’m looking forwards to seeing how artists and designers transform the replica boxes into works of art on London’s streets.”

David Mach, said: “It’s great to be involved with the ArtBox Exhibition. I get to kill more than two birds with one stone…work with a great charity (hopefully make money for it) and a classic British design. I love all things Gilbert Scott. Anything that encourages us to get his design back on our streets does it for me”.

Suzi Williams, director of BT Group Marketing and Brand, said: “BT has a history of supporting British cultural initiatives and 2012 is no exception. What better way to celebrate ChildLine’s 25th anniversary than transforming replicas of the classic red phone box into a public art exhibition that can be enjoyed by all in the build-up to the Games this summer."

Martine Ainsworth-Wells, London & Partners, Marketing and Communications director, said:
“London & Partners is excited to support BT ArtBox in the run up to London 2012. BT ArtBox will bring some of the UK’s finest artistic talents to London’s streets, adding a new creative dimension to the capital at such an important time in its history.”
